Individual PDOs get issues to promote their individual hotspot as very few users wish to switch over for small time connectivity and pay the subscription charges when he is getting benefit for a limited area access. With this problem statement Spiktel innovates a Pool logic where number of PDOs installed in group to cover whole defined enterprise areas like markets, courts , universities, tourist locations etc. under revenue sharing for PMWANI deployments. Company will evaluate site proposal and list the pool opening for public to own and deploy PDO in particular pool.

Spiktel appoints Cluster Franchises to build and operate these PDO Pools and manage all the requirements like authority permissions , ROW , broadband connections etc. PDO pool is a revenue sharing program where all the PDOs collective income will be distributed among the PDOs , Cluster franchise and Distributor in a very transparent manner . All pool participants have admin access to view the logs generated and income in the Pool wallet and the distribution is as follows

PDO Pool Income – Broadband cost = Net Income

Distribution = 60% PDO , 5% Cluster Franchise , 5% Distributor , 30% Company

Net income will be distributed to all PDO wallets at every week cycle.
